Developed a compelling case for collaboration focused on improved patient outcomes, productivity and financial sustainability, securing buy-in from 30+ senior stakeholders
Launched the collaboration at pace, using structured input from 100+ senior leaders to shape and prioritise initiatives, resulting in the successful launch of three priority workstreams
CEOs from five regional ambulance service providers commissioned TN to support the design and launch of a strategic collaboration to address shared challenges.
All five providers faced deteriorating performance due to:
- Evolving and increasing patient demand
- A challenging operating environment, including constrained financial resources, workforce shortages, and pressure to adopt advancing technologies
TN supported the providers in defining a shared strategic vision for collaboration in four phases:
- Aligning stakeholders: Facilitated workshops and working groups – including a kick-off session with 100+ senior leaders – to identify shared challenges, define a high-level vision, and agree priority initiatives and collaboration opportunities
- Building the case for collaboration: Developed a manifesto and Board papers outlining the rationale, expected benefits, and associated risks
- Planning implementation: Designed a tailored plan to launch three priority workstreams at pace across the five Trusts
- Supporting delivery: Coordinated engagement with 30+ key stakeholders and ensured delivery progressed within agreed timelines
