Opportunity

The ambulance sector is currently at a turning point. Services are currently under pressure to deliver a sustainable, high-quality service with reduced costs. Emergent technology / AI pose an opportunity to achieve a step change in efficiency and quality of care at a reduced cost.

A significant determinant in patient outcomes is the speed and accuracy of a call to 999. Emerging tools and technology have huge potential to change ways of working for Emergency Operations Centres to achieve faster and more effective triage of patients
