TN is a management consulting company, based in central London. Our area of expertise is supporting hospitals, ambulance services, and community providers to increase the quantity and quality of care for the communities they serve.

  • Transportation: As a management consulting company, we regularly travel to client sites. We prioritise public or zero carbon transportation wherever possible, especially in London where we are based
  • Procurement: We procure products from ethical and sustainable suppliers, including the purchasing of ink and paper

Economic inequality

  • Career and skill progression: In our consulting services we emphasise the importance of providing our clients with the tools to provide robust career and skills development to all staff
  • Inclusive work environment: We work with clients to co-create solutions that promote a supportive and flexible work environment to accommodate diverse needs (e.g. caring or childcare responsibilities), ensuring equal opportunities for all

  • Seek feedback from stakeholders, both from our internal teams and our clients

Governance

Our senior team is responsible for monitoring implementation, adherence and impact of our social value policy. This includes ensuring that social value is prioritised in each of our client engagements and reviewing the implementation of internal processes and practices.
