Across all areas of ambulance services, we have worked on four main types of programme:
Improving efficiency and effectiveness of operations, for example: frontline road operations, call centres, and supporting services such as Make Ready
Devolving services to the local level, giving individuals more ownership over their work and greater accountability for performance
Cost improvement programmes that align to NHS priorities whilst maintaining high quality of care
Integrating systems to enable organisations to work cooperatively to provide excellent quality of care to as many people in the local community as possible
